Looking for the ideal holiday home in Ibiza? This exclusive and spacious villa is totally renovated in 2012 and located at km 7 on the road to San Jose (San Josep), an authentic village where the real Ibiza atmosphere is still there.

Location
The villa is ideally situated on a beautiful hill with a phenomenal view of the sea where you can enjoy total privacy, yet only ten minutes away from Ibiza town, five minutes from Cala Jondal and several other beaches and seven minutes from the airport.

Decoration
The luxury villa is very tastefully decorated with a living area of 300 m2, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It is intended for 10 to 12 people, and suitable for both families and groups. The villa is beautifully furnished with all comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor barbecue, high speed internet with Wi-Fi throughout the house, a stereo system with iPod dock, a 42 inch flat screen TV with HDMI cable to connect a laptop, air conditioning and central heating.

Bedrooms
Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have doors to the spacious terrace with sea view.

The two downstairs suites overlook the pool and garden. Both rooms have a private entrance and bathroom. These suites can be regarded as an independent apartment. All the rooms have new beds in comfortable pocket sprung mattresses and are made of linen. Between the suites downstairs is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. This space can also be used as storage space.

3 bedrooms have a 2 persons bed, the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds.

Swimming pool
The large pool with Jacuzzi and children`s area is perfectly situated in the garden of the villa and has sun all day. Around the pool are sunbeds with towels and parasols where you can relax and enjoy the garden and great views. Around the villa are several nice chill out places for you to relax or to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Children will not be disappointed: there is an adventure playground for children and plenty of other facilities. The garden and pool are maintained weekly. There is also a separate shower and toilet by the pool.

Privacy and security
Privacy and security are of course very important. The luxury villa is located on 30,000 m2 private property which can be accessed via a private driveway with barrier. There is parking space for several cars. Of course, the house is highly secure and equipped with all safety features.
